MK Enterprise Global, LLC was established in 2018 by its founder, Monica Kirkland. We are a firm that offers multiple services to both the individual who desires to succeed and the small to mid-sized business owner who desires to bring both structure and organization to its company and leadership. We believe an individual and organization can bridge the gaps in difficult areas to achieve wholeness. We want you to be successful and it starts with mastering the internal battles and external blind spots.
Monica Kirkland – My Story
Monica Kirkland is a multifaceted individual, encompassing roles as an Entrepreneur, Speaker, Ordained Pastor, Prior Podcast Host, Executive Trainer, and Life Coach. She stands as the driving force behind MK Enterprise Global LLC, a firm that provides success coaching to ambitious individuals and offers systematic/organizational consulting services to nonprofits and corporations. Monica’s overarching mission is to empower men and women mentally, enabling them to achieve success in any endeavor, regardless of the circumstances they face. Her innate gift lies in recognizing areas of individual growth potential and providing actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and pursue purpose. Her rich life and leadership experiences have endowed her with a deep understanding of addressing challenges and embarking on purposeful journeys.
Monica leverages a diverse background spanning management, sales, event coordination, government relations, and ministry. As an accomplished event management consultant, she excels in organizing impactful events nationally and internationally, including locations like Belize, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago. Monica’s expertise in government relations has cultivated a robust client network, showcasing her ability to build meaningful relationships within the political arena.
A graduate of the University of California, Davis, with degrees in Psychology and Communication and a minor in African/African-American Studies, Monica pursues academic excellence. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, specializing in non-profit management, she is dedicated to continuous learning.
Monica actively engages in the Northern California community, contributing to various boards, supporting a local non-profit as a sponsor, and serving once as the Operations Director at her local church. Her commitment extends beyond the non-profit sector, collaborating with both for-profit and non-profit entities to enhance operational efficiency across diverse sectors.
Having embraced Northern California as her home for over 18 years, Monica values her connections with the community. Beyond her professional life, she cherishes her roles as an actual/adopted aunt to 10 children and a godmother to two girls, enriching her life with profound relationships.
As Monica enters a new chapter, she is cognizant of forthcoming destiny-defining assignments, ready to contribute her skills and passion to future endeavors.
